Models Union is a robust structure, comprised of an experienced team of professionals involved in the business since its inception. The union has been assisting models since 2012. The first significant event, which can be considered the catalyst for its creation, was when the owner of a major company attempted to disappear along with the "safe." It was the key player in the streaming channels and was responsible for transferring payments from working sites to performers. A nondisclosure agreement was signed, so we can only say that we achieved full reimbursement of all payments to the workers who joined the collective appeal to the court. It took nearly two years for the outcome. Over a million dollars collectively was fully paid to the claimants. Those performers who did not participate in the process received nothing.

The establishment of the labor union is justified by effectively representing the interests of media participants, improving working conditions, and ensuring fair compensation. The union serves as a means of protecting workers' rights, taking into account the industry's specificities and the needs of its workers.

Union supports models from all countries and helps them obtain increased payments, resolve technical issues with work sites. We handle complaints from members attempting to request refunds under false pretenses, clarify site rules and legal intricacies, safeguard rights to fair payments. We also assist in selecting the best method for withdrawing funds depending on the country of residence.

The goal of Models Union is to increase the minimum per-minute payout for parties involved in job production. Webcam sites take a huge percentage, and we are fighting to increase the payout percentage. We also fight against any form of discrimination against them by the site, such as based on the show artist's country of origin.

A strike is when labor union community refrain from working on specific days. We notify in advance about the chosen days via email. Sometimes it's one day, sometimes it's more. But even one day significantly impacts the income of dedicated companies, which can lose hundreds of thousands of dollars when hundreds of union models don't log on, and members don't have the opportunity to spend money, thus not replenishing their registered paid accounts. The result of such actions is an increase in payouts to the union members in the form of retroactive bonus additions for previous months and/or an increase in the percentage of payouts for future earnings.

This is the effective method of rights defense used against those sites that systematically and severely violate the rights of workers. During a boycott, all union models cease to collaborate with such a site, switching to more friendly sites with better conditions, higher payouts, and a bonus payout upon closing the first work period.

Sites are rarely subjected to this action and only as a last resort, as it usually leads to a colossal reduction in the number of accounts on the site and, consequently, the migration of regular members following their favorites. New visitors see a limited selection of participants and choose not to register for membership, preferring other, more populated sites with a greater variety of categories. All of this either leads to the imminent bankruptcy of the camsite or a long path to recovery. Add to this substantial investments in advertising to attract new models, policy revisions, and payout percentage adjustments. Sometimes even rebranding.

Different sites employ various tactics to reduce payouts to performers, often changing payout conditions almost monthly and tweaking their terms of use here and there. But we keep our finger on the pulse and resist each time, striving for the practice of fair payouts.

Lists are based on countries' stance towards cam workers, working sites, and companies offering fund withdrawals. The percentage figures of union participation include online members. With their active stance, models from many countries, primarily from list A, have helped us achieve the best working conditions for them, enabling them to achieve excellent results independently.

The most active models in Union are citizens of countries from list A. They not only actively participate in actions but also support less successful individuals with donations. We actively collaborate with parties advocating for the rights of entertainment workers in these countries. We never disclose your data to authorities but represent you all on your behalf.

The last list includes countries facing the most challenging situations in the video industry 2024, where models are subjected to discrimination from nearly all participants in the process. In some cases, this stems from authorities' reluctance to grant their citizens access to the high-income international market, which could help lift people out of poverty. In other cases, specific instability within the country or weak governance prevents the control of the transparency of funds flowing to companies responsible for fund withdrawals. Rampant corruption leads to a large number of fictive documents, resulting in websites being hesitant to register new accounts from these countries or providing insufficient traffic to their page.
